It is important that the conditions are clear to you before placing an order. By placing an order and submitting personal information at any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and our return policy if this applies.

Common contract
Our products are age restricted. Uton placing an order from Royal Design Store, you are declaring that you are 18 years of age or over.
You can check and correct any errors before submitting your order. Please take the time to read and check your order carefully at each page of the purchase process. When you submit an order, your order represents an offer to us to purchase the chosen product/products. This does not equalize that your order has been accepted. If we accept your order, we will confirm by sending you an e-mail (Order Confirmation). The contract between us will be formed when we send you the order confirmation. Any product forming part of the same order which we have not confirmed in the order confirmation do not form part of that contract. All products on our website described as in stock are available to purchase, as we are using a digital system to calculate and track of availability in real time. All products shown and sold in our brand new shop are new. If a product it marked as "Out of Stock" / or "Sold Out", it is not available for purchase, however we are striving for continuous availability and a product which has been sold our will likely soon be coming again into stock. Please note that if we cannot determine the availability of products due to events out of our control within the specified delivery time, we will contact you with an updated delivery date or a full refund will be issued. All products will remain available for sale on our website until you have paid the balance in full, irrespective of any third party finance application made by you.

Some images of the products on our website are made using a high resolution systemiv digital camera and high quality 3D-modeling for product photos. We make every effort to provide you with as detailed as possible images, beyond the assessment of the naked eye. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device´s display of the colours accurately reflect the colours of the products. The product that you receive may have slight variation compared to the images as some of our product images are made using 3D-modeling and rendering. Although all the images in exception of the pure product images, are acheived using camera, thereby displaying pur products credibly. You can compare our product images to our camerataken images before placing an order. Once Royal Design Store has received your payment, our contrac as of between Royal Design Store and customer, has ben valitated and the process exceeds to the phase of Shipping & Handling. Royal Deisgn Store comany does not add any additional fees to your order. However, some countries may charge import tax/fee and/or administrational fees on incoming products. Those fees are out of our control and we do not cover national added fees or taxes added by a countries custom told, tax-agency, local postal offices or likewise authorities.

Manufacurer contract
Some of the products and parts of our products we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty. The implications of this in the situation of a warrant claim, may result in factrorial required repair. Royal Design Store receive all products upon warranty claim. If our technician estimates that the product require factory-mesurements for further assessment, we may need to send the part to a specific subdivision. Such occurance will not apply any further costs to the customer. Althoug it may result in a delay of final assessment of the product or part of product. 

Warranty
We provide warranty for all our products in accordance with our warranty terms and conditions. Warranty period begins at the day of purchase. We offer 2 years of warranty on errors of manufacturing, materials and design. Please take the time to read and understand at our Warranty page, before placing a purchase order. There you will find all prerequisite information about warranty coverage. Your warranty is personal and thereby will be registered to your current postal address. To ensure your warranty remains valid, please make sure that you inform us of any changes to your contact details without delay, including your full name, postal address, email address and telephone number in a circumstance of resitential change. If the product being purchased with the intention of being a gift, we require the contact details of the intended recipient within 30 days of purchase. Transfer of warranty can only be performed once per product. Any information submitted after that will invalidate transfer of warranty. Note, that warranty can only be held by one person. Any product that has been gifted and warranty successfully transfered to recipient does not longer apply to the original customer. Warranty period starts on the day of purchase. 

The warranty does not cover theft or loss of your product, normal wear-and-tear, water damage caused to your product by accidents, mishandling, mistreatment, negligence, (including, without limitation, damage caused by failure to follow manufacturer and/or our instructions). In particular, wear of the bracelets, glass, locking-mechanics and cosmetic damage are not covered by our warranty. If your product is returned to us due to a valid claim against our warranty whilst it is still protected by the manufacturer warranty, we reserve the right to proceed with the works through the manufacturer warranty in the first instance. Your warranty will be invalidated in the event that a third party carries out any tests or work on your product (including, without limitation, dismantling your product to carry out an inspection) without our prior knowledge and consent. No warranty is provided for failures resulting from misusage by the wearer such as unauthorized disassembly or modification of the product. Damage to the product caused by accidental falls, physical and natrural forces, chemicals och other types of wear not associated with responsible usage of the product. Personal faults or third party misusage inducing damage such as cracks, scratches or damage to peripheral components are not covered by warranty.

We have the final decision on all claims against our warranty. If any dispute arises in connection with the warranty, we reserve the right to instruct an independent third party nominated by us to determine the issues in dispute, though are under no obligation to do so. The conclusion in the report to be provided by the third party will be binding as between the parties. Please note that the recommendations of the manufacturer are expressly excluded for the purposes of our warranty, where such recommendations conflict with our advice. If you are based outside of the European Union, you may have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities of your country for work done under warranty, particularly if you do not correctly complete the relevant declarations. Please note that you must securely deliver the product to us as advised after receiving instructions from support during warranty claim. You are responsible for adequate insurance, whether for the health check or to claim against your warranty or for any other reason, which shall be your responsibility and at your cost unless stated otherwise. We will charge for postage and packaging and all other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs incurred for work carried out under warranty. If you want to make a warranty claim on one or more of products, make sure you have read all information required before contacting us.

Process of delivery
Delivery of the product will be completed when we deliver the product to the address given in your order or when the product is collected from us. If you arrange for another courier to collect the product, delivery will be completed when the product is collected from us. This means that we will not be responsible if the product is lost or damaged in the course of transit. The product will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. When you enter into a finance agreement, the date of purchase means the date we receive the final balance payment in full and cleared funds from the finance company.


Bracelets and Necklaces
Our bracelets will be deliverd in original factory settings. Where a product is advertised as having intact seals, the product will not be adjusted. If your size exceeds our standard size, extra links may be supplied at your cost or at our discretion. If no bracelet size is given, additional parts os customization of products or parts of product will be chargable. 

Faulty products
We are under a legal duty to supply you with products that are in conformity with the contract. As a customer you are responsible for inspecting the product as soon as practicable after delivery and you must inform us immediately if the products are faulty or not as described upon delivery. You must take responsibly care of the product and you must return any products that are Faulty (including paperwork, links, user manual, service papers and box as applicable) promptly and within 14 days of advising us of the relevant faulty product. On confirmation by us following inspection and/or testing that the product was faulty on delivery and provided you were not made aware of the relevant fault at the time of purchase, you will be entitled to the following solutions:

-You may ask us to refund your payment less any reasonable deduction, for loss of or damage to paperwork if the relevant product (including paperwork, links user manual service papers and box as applicable) are returned within 14 days of delivery.

-You may ask us to replace the Goods, though you acknowledge that given the nature of the Goods that we sell, we may not be able to source a suitable replacement, and we are under no obligation to replace the Goods where this is impossible or imposes costs on us that are unreasonable, taking into account, amongst other things, the value which the Goods would have if they conformed to the contract of sale and the significance of the lack of conformity, in which case your remedy will be limited to either a refund or repair subject to the terms set out in our returns policy.

-You may ask us to repair the product, though we are under no obligation to repair the product where this is impossible or imposes costs on us that are unreasonable, taking into account, amongst other things, the value which the product would have if they conformed to the contract of sale and the significance of the lack of conformity, in which case your solution will be limited to either refund or replacement subject to the terms set out in this returns policy; or
If we are unable to repair or replace the products after one or more attempts, you may ask us to refund your payment less: a) any reasonable deduction for loss of or damage to paperwork; and b) any reasonable deduction for wear and tear through use which will not exceed US$75 (which equates to the cost of a refurbishment) if the relevant poods (including aperwork, links, services papers and box as applicable) are returned.

All refunds payable under this clause shall be paid 14 days of the product (including paperwork, links user manual service papers and box as applicable) being returned to us following your election to receive a refund.
You acknowledge that the paperwork substantially increases the value of the product and that its absence or damage will affect the value in total. If you return the product with missing or damaged paperwork, we will make a reasonable deduction to the sum refunded to you not exceeding 25% of the purchase price. We reserve our rights to reduce any solving refund under this clause if paperwork is missing or damaged. Return postage, packaging and insurance will be your responsibility and you must follow our reasonable instructions. We recommend you use a tracked mail system and retain proof of postage. You must insure the package including all parts to its full value. You must ensure that you pack the products appropriately to prevent damage during transit. Any damage caused by inproper packaging on returning an item, will result in deduced refund up to a full extent. If a returning product is violated by the postal services, you are responsible for report to logistic insurance. Any sum which is not covered by the postal insurance in a stance of damage to product during transport, will not be replaced. If insurance of transport would cover partial costs of damage, the remaining sum will be attributed for deduction from refund. 

If your products are faulty on delivery and you are based within Sweden, we will refund your reasonably incurred return postage costs provided you comply with our reasonable return instructions and you provide us with a copy receipt.
If your products are faulty on delivery and you are based outside the Sweden, we will refund your reasonably incurred return postage costs to a maximum of US$15 (although this may be reviewed on a case by case basis) provided you comply with our reasonable return instructions and you provide us with a copy receipt. Given our reliance at times on third parties and a world-wide shortage of accredited third-party assessors, you acknowledge that a reasonable time for completion of a repair may extend to several months for events outside our control, for example where manufacturer involvement is necessary to carry out the repair including sourcing of parts. If you buy several products from us as part of the same order, and only some of these products are faulty, you may return the faulty product in accordance with this, but this does not entitle you to return other parts which are not faulty. Cancellation of placed order
If we have to cancel an order and you have made any payment in advance for products that have not been delivered to you, we will refund these amounts to you within 10 working days (unless we reasonably suspect a fraudulent card payment), or in case of circumstances in which we are out of control, impedes. If there is a delay on a refund of cancelation, we will perform the transaction as soon as pratically possible. If we reasonably suspect a fraudulent payment by debit or credit card, then we will not dispatch any product and we will not carry out any refunds until authorised by our bank.

Liability and limitations
The material displayed on this website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law the Arctric Design Store and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or linked sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise. This does not affect The Arctric Design Store's liability for death or personal injury arising from its negligence, nor for fraudulent misrepresentation, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Definition and clarifications of terms
When the following words are used anywhere in these terms, they will have the meanings set out below: Event outside our control: We will not be responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside our control. Products: rings, bracelets, straps, pendants, necklaces or other jewelry items that we are selling to you as set out in the order. Order: your order for the product. Paperwork: any/all original certificates of the product including user manual, brochure, warranty cards, other cards, tags, physical receipts and guarantees which may include: (1) the name of the authorised dealer that originally sold the product; (2) the serial number of the product; and (3) the date of original sale of the product. Terms: the terms and conditions set out in this document. Royal Design Store, we, us, our, Royal Design Store, registred in Sweden, Company ID 169697975101, website: www.royaldesignstore.com. The website at the domain www.royaldesignstore.com Work: servicing, refurbishment, battery replacements, testing, links (addition or removal) and/or other work as applicable. Working Days: a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public/bank holiday in Sweden.

Clause headings shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
A reference to writing or written includes e-mail. Unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and in the plural shall include the singular. Any words following the terms including, include, in particular, for example or any similar expression shall be construed as illustrative and shall not limit the sense of the words, description, definition, phrase or term preceding those terms.

Reimbursement
You agree to defend, compensate and hold harmless Royal Design Store, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the website; (ii) your violation of any term of these terms of service; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that one of your user submissions caused damage to a third party. This defence and indemnification obligation will survive these terms and conditions and your use of the website.

Governing law & Juridiction
These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.

Compliance
You agree to comply with the above stated terms and conditions on placing a purchase order. Should you break these terms, or incur liabilities as a consequence of using this website, you will be responsible for the costs and expenses that we incur as a result of such breach including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You will remain liable if someone else uses your account or personal information unless you can prove such use was fraudulent.

Returns
Royal Design Store offers and guarantees open purchase to our customers within 30 days from delivery. We want our customers to be able to try the product and give the possibility of return or change. Return of product demands that the produtc is unused, in prestine new condition and with all tags and and patches in place, no scratches or wear-marks on any parts of the product will acceted. in case we receive a product which has obviously been used, we have the right to deny refund. Depending on which parts of the product that may be involved, we might come to a solution offering a partial refund after assessing and determining the extent of impact. In the case that the product returned to us on open purchase showing any sign of wear, we reserve the right to fully determine possible refund amount(which if determined will be partial of full refund if any sign of wear on any parts of the product), and we reserve the right to decline refund if we determine that no refund is eligable. Such assessments repose on our terms and conditions. It is your responsibility that the returned produc on open purchase, is returned in the exactly same condition as when it was delivered to you including insurance responsible packaging, insurance of the package and in the end the final condition of the product when it is delivered to us. You may cancel your order for the product without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day after the product s delivered to you. If your order consists of multiple products this period will end the day after the last of the products are delivered, provided those producs are tied and thus parts are required to be received for producs to be complete, it does not account for orders involving complete products, in case one of these are delayed and arriving separate. We reserve the right for interpretation of resulting cancellation period in case of multiple packages are sent on the same order. However, as for products, the cancellation period per product is firmly 30 days after delivery of each item. To exercise the right to return your product for a full refund less postal charges and other possible expenses written in our terms and conditions, you must inform us, either e-mail royaldesignstore@outlook.com.
